Job Opening Notice

The Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Director of Programs and Events to develop and manage quality programs and events for the organization and solicit support for all Chamber of Commerce activities.  Position reports directly to the President/CEO.

The position will:
• Coordinate all Chamber major events and programs for the organization
• Manage the Leadership Greer Development Council and all programs associated with it
• Manage all business development programs and services to ensure value to the member
• Manage and create the annual sponsorship program for all events and programs

Qualified candidates should have demonstrated experience in marketing, multi-tasking, event planning, communications and organizational skills, and knowledge in MS Office programs.

Compensation package includes salary and benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k).
