Leadership Greer Alumni Association


As Chairman of the Leadership Greer Alumni Association, I personally invite all Leadership Greer graduates to become active members of our association.

 The Leadership Greer Alumni Association was established in May 2005 as a class project of Leadership Greer class XXV.  It was created to provide an opportunity for Leadership Greer graduates to re-establish relationships with past classmates, become more involved in community and chamber events, and offer excellent networking opportunities.

For many of us, Leadership Greer was a great experience of learning about our community, what it has to offer and getting to know local businesses and people.  We spent the year learning about the history and the future of Greer and bonding with our classmates.  Unfortunately, May graduation comes too quickly, we return to our busy lives and often loose contact with most of our classmates.  We loose touch with all of the great events hosted by the Chamber and begin to decrease our involvement.  The Leadership Greer Alumni Association is our opportunity to maintain those relationships and continue to be actively involved with both the Chamber and the community. I encourage each of you to become a member of the alumni association. 

Some of our upcoming events include a legislative drop-in this fall, hosting the silent auction at the Chamber’s annual meeting in January and hosting the Leadership Greer graduation in May.  We also offer a variety of community service opportunities.

This is an exciting time for the Leadership Greer Alumni Association.  We are excited about the potential of the alumni association and the impact we can continue to make in the Greer community.  I look forward to seeing you at our next event.
