Family Fest Kids

The Village Hospital Greer Family Fest is ALL about kids! The event has many opportunities for kids to have fun. Please check back for updates!

Davis Orthodontics KidsZone (Rides & Inflatables!)
Open for entire festival - located in Greer City Park and in the Poinsett/Depot Street Parking Lot
Inflatables and mechanical rides for all ages will be featured in the KidsZone. Don't miss the thrilling Ferris Wheel, Scat, Loop 'O Plane, Spinner, Swing, Kiddie Ferris Wheel, Carousel, Lady Bug, 22' Slide, Obstacle Course, Moon Bounce Inflatable, Mechanical Bull, Trackless Train and Rock Wall. 

The festival also features the popular "Friday Night KidsZone Deal!". Only on Friday, May 3 from 6:00-10:00pm the festival will sell "Pay One Price - RIDE UNLIMITED" bracelets for only $15!

2013 Greater Greer Prince and Princess Pageant
The 2013 Greater Greer Prince and Princess Pageant will be held on Saturday, May 4 from 10:00 am-12:00 noon on The Upstate Information Hub Dick Ploof Community Stage. Anne Helton Creation Station presented by Mitsubishi Polyester Film
Saturday, May 4 from 11:00-3:00pm in the Historic Train Depot on Randall Street
Creation Station features FREE arts and crafts projects for children. The Creation Station is sponsored by Mitsubishi and presented by area churches. 

This year’s crafts include: Animal Balloons, Bead Jewelry, Book Marks, Bubble Mix, Butterfly Beauties, Coffee Filter Flowers, Coffee Filter Hats, Decorate Flower Pots, Decorate Folders, Door Hangers, Eruption in a Bottle, Face & Hand Painting, Glitter Flies, Graffiti Wall, Handprint Paper Flower, Hat Boutique, Macaroni Jewelry, Michelangelo Painting, Paper Frog Project, Popsicle Bracelets, Puppet People, Sand Bracelets, Sand Art Bottles, Scratch Art, Splat Painting/Nylon Sock Drop, The You and Me Book, Tie-Dyed Hankies, and Wood Pile.

Once Upon a Dream Princesses
Princesses Snow White and Cinderella will appear Friday night, May 3 in the Davis Orthodontics Kids Zone. Ariel and Belle will appear Saturday morning and Sleeping Beauty and Snow White will appear Saturday evening. 

Rolling Video Game Trailer
This year includes a Rolling Video Game Trailer with FOUR widescreen high-def TVs in front of custom stadium seats with built-in vibration motors synched to the on-screen action with speakers in front and back. Up to 16 players can play the same game — or against each other! Tickets for the Rolling Video Game Trailer can be purchased on site.

The Greenville Road Warriors

Rowdy, the mascot for the Greenville Road Warriors, will be attending the Greer Family Fun Fest on May 4th.  Come join Rowdy and some of his friends to enjoy food, live entertainment and the good company of the Greer community members.  The Road Warriors slap shot cage will be set up in the Creation Station on Saturday from 10-3 p.m. allowing kids and adults of all ages to try to make a slap shot.  Please be sure to register to win tickets to a game of your choice for the 2013-2014 season.  Be a Warrior at the Greer Family Fest on May 4th.
