GreerMade Committee
A committee dedicated to a program for workforce development, GreerMade partners with local high school CTE programs and Career Centers to introduce teachers to industry and business. Through these partnerships, we aim to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in today's job market. Our focus on collaboration and education ensures that our community thrives and prospers together.

​Leadership Development Committee    
The Leadership Development Council consists of 40 Leadership Greer Alumni, which govern the    Leadership Programs. The Leadership Programs are a part of the Education and Leadership arm of the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce with its focus on educating, training, and developing dynamic leaders for the greater Greer community.

Ambassador Committee
Chamber Ambassadors are passionate volunteers focused on supporting the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce. They are active participants and visible in our community, functioning as a liaison to potential and existing Chamber membership.

​Program & Event Committee      
A committee responsible for organizing five annual events in your Greater Greer area. These events include the Annual Celebration, Oyster Roast, Derby Day, Public Safety Appreciation Luncheon, and Greer Arts & Eats Festival. In addition to these events, the committee also supports Leadership Greer, the Education Foundation, and the Greer Chamber through various programs. These events and programs bring the business community together and help to promote local businesses and organizations.

​Public Policy Committee
​​
This committee focuses on advocating for specific issues that impact their business members. They are dedicated to advocating for the Greer Chamber's business members and addressing key issues that affect their businesses. This committee works to research and analyze policies and regulations that could impact the local business community, and then develops strategies to promote policies that benefit their members while also engaging with local lawmakers and officials to help shape policy decisions.

Greer Education Foundation     
The Greater Greer Education Foundation was created in 2009 when the Executive Board of the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce voted to create a not for profit 501 C(3) with a focus on Education.  Margaret Burch, an education advocate who served the Greer area on the Greenville County School Board for 20 years, was asked to serve as the first Executive Director. In 2011 she was elected chairman of the of the Board, a position she held until 2015.

Each year the Foundation gives nearly $20,000 in the form of grants and scholarships to students and teaches advancing education either through the classroom or continuing education.
