Greer Family Fest
After careful consideration, heeding the guidance of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, local, state and national government, The Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce has cancelled the 2020 Annual Greer Family Fest, scheduled for August 14 - 15, 2020. We would like to thank the many sponsors, vendors and volunteers that continue to make this event possible each year, including long-term sponsor Pelham Medical Center. The 36th Annual Pelham Medical Center Greer Family Fest will be held April 30 - May 1, 2021.

With a rich history of providing family fun for all ages, the annual Pelham Medical Center Greer Family Fest promises to be better than ever this year, the 36th anniversary of the event. Greer is growing, and festival planners have an expanded vision for a spectacular event that reflects the growth Greer is achieving. This year's event will feature the best of the old and add exciting new activities with the goal of being the Upstate's favorite family festival. This two-day event features live music on the POM Self Storage Main Stage, Mitsubishi Anne Helton Creation Station, KidsZone, Greer CPW Restaurant Row, and over 150 vendors throughout the festival!

Inflatables and mechanical rides for all ages will be featured in the KidsZone. Don't miss the thrilling Ferris Wheel, Scat, Loop 'O Plane, Spinner, Swing, Kiddie Ferris Wheel, Carousel, Lady Bug, 22' Slide, Obstacle Course, Moon Bounce Inflatable, Mechanical Bull, Trackless Train and Rock Wall.
The festival also features the popular "Friday Night KidsZone Deal!". Only on Friday, May 1 from 6:00-10:00pm the festival will sell "Pay One Price - RIDE UNLIMITED" bracelets for only $20!
Creation Station features FREE arts and crafts projects for children. The Creation Station is sponsored by Mitsubishi and presented by area churches.
This year’s crafts include: Bead Jewelry, Book Marks, Bookworm Pencil Topper, Button Bracelets, Button Whirligigs, Clothespin Airplanes, Coffee Filter Flowers, Coffee Filter Hats, Decorate Flower Pots, Decorate Folders, Door Hangers, Dragonfly Magnet Clips, Face & Hand Painting, Glitter Flies, Graffiti Wall, Handprint Paper Flower, Hat Boutique, Lion Puppet, Popsicle Bracelets, Puppet People, Sand Bracelets, Sand Art Bottles, Scratch Art, Scented Sachets, Splat Painting/Nylon Sock Drop, Stamped Art, The You and Me Book, Tie-Dyed Hankies and Yarn Dolls.

Is the Greer Family Fest free to attend?
YES! It is free to attend the Greer Family Fest . All concerts and Children's Creation Station are all free. You can purchase tickets for food, beverage, and children's rides on site; craft vendors are cash transactions.
Can I bring my dog to the festival?
No. Pets are not allowed within the festival baracades per the City of Greer Festival ordinance.
Are you using the Greer City Park this year?
YES! The festival has used the park for the last four years!
Are all the concerts family-friendly?
YES! Profanity and suggested language are not accepted at the Family Fest.
Can I bring my cooler?
No, coolers are not allowed within the festival barricades. We will have a variety of food and beverage stations for you.
Will the Downtown merchants be open during the festival?
YES! The Downtown merchants will be open during the festival and we encourage you to visit each and every one!
Are bicycles and skateboards allowed?
No, for safety reasons, bicycles and skateboards are not allowed.

How do I get to the festival?
The event will be taking place on Trade, Poinsett, Randall, and Victoria Streets in Downtown Greer if you would rather MapQuest it. Please enter 111 Trade St. Greer, SC 29651
From I-85, take exit #56 – Hwy 14 toward Greer. Go approximately 5 miles on Hwy 14. You will come over an overpass (Welcome to Historic Greer signs on each side of the road) continue straight and then you will see the festival on your right. Parking is available in several lots throughout downtown Greer.
From Highway 14 South (Pelham Rd-Batesville Rd Area)
Take Hwy 14 North; cross over I-85; continue toward downtown Greer. You will come over an overpass (Welcome to Historic Greer signs on each side of the road) continue straight and then you will see the festival on your right. Parking is available in several lots throughout downtown Greer.
From Hwy 29 (Wade Hampton Blvd) Greenville and Taylors area
Take Hwy 29 North toward Greer. You will turn right on to Poinsett St. (There will be an Eckerd’s on your left and Ryan’s restaurant on your right). Proceed on Poinsett St. until you see the festival and can go no further. then you will see the festival on your right. Parking is available in several lots throughout downtown Greer.
From Hwy 29 (Wade Hampton Blvd.) Spartanburg and North Greer area
Take Hwy 29 South toward Greer. Turn left onto Hwy 14 South. When you come up to Poinsett St, you will see the festival on your left. Parking is available in several lots throughout downtown Greer.
