- Businesses looking for assistance should consider the following:
- Call 800-621-3362. If you use a relay service, such as video relay service (VRS), captioned telephone service or others, give FEMA the number for that service.
- Download the FEMA app

- State of South Carolina's Business Emergency Operations Dashboard has information on infrastructure, utilities, and business operations. If your business is damaged, it can be reported here.
- SBA (U.S. Small Business Association) has financial assistance available for businesses with physical damage and/or have economic injury.
- Business Physical Disaster Loans help repair or replace damaged property, equipment, and inventory after a disaster.
- Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) provide working capital to help small businesses cover essential expenses they can't meet due to the disaster.

- Local organizations offering individual assistance:
- Greer Relief & Indigo Hope Neighborhood Impact Center - The lobby is open for charging, Wi-Fi, water, bathrooms, and food relief distribution. They are in need of food donations and volunteers. - Greenville Federal Credit Union is offering a variety of assistance loans such as Special Relief Personal Loans, Auto Loans, etc. Connect with them for more information.
- Greer Community Ministries is open under limited hours with ice, pantry items, or a place to charge your phone. Meals on Wheels and Senior Dining is up as of Wednesday, 10/2.
- Greer CPW is diligently working to restore services to customers. Outages can be viewed and reported here.
- Spartanburg Regional is currently offering several stations for water and meal distribution, as well as stations for those who have electricity required medical needs. For the most up to date listings of these visit their Instagram account.
