Taylors

Located just down the street from Greer, Taylors is our closest neighboring town. Taylors features a charming main street, and a renovated Mill, Taylors Mill, home to retail businesses, event venues, coffee shops, a brewery and more!

Lyman

From a sleepy little farming community, to a thriving mill metropolis, to a prospering municipality, the Town of Lyman has had a history deeply rooted in faith, family and community. The Town of Lyman may have had very humble beginnings as a small farm town, but it has blossomed into a town whose slogan says it all “small town charm, big city services…”

Duncan

The Town of Duncan is located on the I-85 corridor halfway between Spartanburg and Greenville.  It is in the center of a thriving metropolitan area with many opportunities for individuals and families.  Duncan has four schools including James F. Byrnes High School. The town also has a water park, and will soon be opening an event center.

Simpsonville

Located south of Greer, Simpsonville encompasses downtown Simpsonville, and it's neighboring community of Five Forks. Simpsonville is home to numerous neighborhoods, national businesses, and locally owned shops and restaurants.

Mauldin

Mauldin is a bustling residential community located south of Greer. Home to great schools, a thriving parks & recreation department, and numerous retailers and restaurants, Mauldin is sure to please!

Travelers Rest

Situated in the southern foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in South Carolina’s beautiful Upcountry, Travelers Rest is truly a traveler’s haven – named for its natural amenities and proximity to nearby destinations. In town, you’ll find a 22-mile bicycling greenway, a driving range, independently owned shops, top-rated restaurants, antique merchants, fashion boutiques, and a brewery.

Greenville

Our neighbor down the Wade Hampton corridor, Greenville is home to delicious food and drink, quaint Main Street, bustling art scene, picturesque parks, fun-filled festivals and our sweet Southern hospitality. Be sure to visit the famed Falls Park, and hop on the Swamp Rabbit trail!

Spartanburg

Located north of Greer on I-85, Spartanburg is home to outdoor adventure, retailers, restaurants, and events that cover all interests! Spartanburg is also home to 7 colleges and universities, lending to a diverse population and plenty of things to do!
